We offer the choice of seven 8-hour meeting packages in a range of 62.50 to 125.00 per delegate. For our packages a minimum of 10 delegates is required. The basic contents for these meeting packages are similar for each package and include the following:
- Conference room rental for 8 hours
- Meeting room setup with mineral water, mints, pens and paper
- Coffee, tea and a selection of biscuits served during the day
- Pastries served during the morning and afternoon coffee break
- Flipchart with paper and markers
- LCD projector with build-in screen in the meeting room

Business Class package à 74.00 per person
This package is for a minimum of 10 delegates, which includes a luxurious sandwich lunch served in or outside the meeting room. It consists out of 2 luxury sandwiches, home made salad, soup of the season, hand fruit, pastries and fruit juices.

Lunar First Class à 115 per person / Solar First Class à 125 per person
This package is for a minimum of 10 delegates, which includes an executive lunch buffet in the meeting room. The lunch consists out of: a selection of three assorted sushi, a served special warm dish, a variety of luxury sandwiches, a served seasonal soup, deluxe finger foods, an additional course up to the Chef, a refreshing fruit smoothie and a large selection of desserts.
Lunar Business Class à 98 per person / Solar Business Class à 108 per person
This package is for a minimum of 10 delegates, which includes an executive sandwich lunch that will be servedin the meeting room. This lunch consists of: a seasonal soup, a selection of three assorted sushi, a special warm dish, a variety of luxury sandwiches, deluxe finger foods and a large selection of desserts.
Economy Class package à 62.50 per person
This package includes a basic sandwich lunch served in or outside the meeting room. The lunch consists out of two sandwiches with ham and cheese, served with orange juice.
First Class package à 87.50 per person
This package is for a minimum of 10 delegates, which includes a 4-course international lunch buffet in the restaurant. During the lunch two glasses of soft drink, beer or house wine during are included. Groups smaller then 35 delegates can use the international buffet in the Voyager restaurant. For parties larger then 35 delegates we will serve the buffet in the foyer, cascade or private area.
