The Armonia spa of the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort & Towers has four themed treatment roomsnamed to help you unwind; the Aquamarine and Waves rooms are massage rooms, the Oceanic room offers facials and the Pacific room and the jungle themed room for hot stone therapies.

The spa offers a variety of facial and body treatments including, reflexology, marine scrubs, wraps, exfoliations, Swedish massages, hot stone massages which can be enjoyed outdoors in the spas Balinese huts.

To ensure that our guests feel pampered, we offer steam and sauna facilities before the treatment and provide tea, fresh juices and fruits before and after treatments.

The Sheraton Jumeirah Health & Beach club
For the more health conscious guests, the Health and Beach Club offers a fully equipped gym that now boasts of top of the line fitness equipment, including 13 new strength training machines and 13 sets of free weights (2 kg to 26 kg). 2 recumbent bicycle, two upright 3 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 1 stepper, 2 rowing machines and  free weights.

For sports fan, there is a gamut of sporting activities to help them stay in shape; hit the squash court or play beach volleyball and mini football, or simply enjoy a brisk morning walk on the beach. 

Swimming classes are also available with prior booking request.

Pirates Club

While you relax and wind down at the beach, pool or at the restaurant, our trained staff will entertain your children with a wide range of stimulating activities designed to unleash your child imagination.
Our Pirates Club is a special place for younger children, aged between 4 (four) and 12 (twelve) years old. Its a full of fun activities for kids with indoor and outdoor games such as:

Beach Shell collecting
Sand Castle
Volleyball
Badminton
Play Station
Chess Competition
Squash
Arts & Crafts
And much more

The kids club is open daily from 10.00 am 19.00 pm.

The Coffee House

For those with a fondness for sugary and sweet things, the Coffee House at the Sheraton Jumeirah is where you should be heading to.

The Coffee House offers guests not just a casual relaxing atmosphere to unwind, but also a large variety of sweet treats to choose from. The delicacies range from buttery croissants to biscuits and cakes, all freshly prepared in house.
