Rasul is an eastern-inspired bathing ritual which combines a gentle steam environment
with the application of cosmetic and healing muds culminating in a cleansing rain shower.

Massage Therapies

At the Sheraton Sopot we offer a wide range of holistic massage therapies including
Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Swedish and a Sport and Fitness Massage. Be welcome
to visit and feel the far-reaching benefits of massage. Our personal consultants will
ensure that you receive a treatment to suit your specific preferences from relieving
mental and physical tension to treating specific ailments.

• Sheraton Signature Massage - 290 PLN, 85 min
  Superb and unique  massage created by a group of therapists from
  The Spa at Sheraton Sopot. Inspired by eastern massage techniques,
  spiced up with oriental wasabi and ginger. It is designed to release tension
  and put your body in a state of deep relaxation.
• Classic Swedish Massage - 200 PLN, 55 min
  Ease aches, tight muscles and areas of tension with a classic Swedish
  massage. Improve the benefits of your massage with blended aromatherapy
  oils or hotbasalt stones for a complete mind, body and soul experience.

Facial Treatments

Facial treatments at The Spa at Sheraton Sopot begin with our therapist identifying
your skin type so that she can select a treatment appropriate to your particular needs.
Our professional therapists will be able to provide relevant home care advice to enable
you to deliver long term benefits to your skin.

The Spa at Sheraton Sopot recommends:

• Prescriptive Facial Treatment by Dermalogica - 280 PLN
  Following your analysis your bespoke facial will treat your skin requirements
  and include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, face and scalp massage and a mask.
• Eternal Youth Cryo-Therapy Facial - 450 PLN
  For mature, dry or dehydrated skin this contouring and firming facial combats
  the visible signs of ageing. Innovative active serums are used combined with
  advanced cryo–therapy ice cubes resulting in instantly tightened and firmed skin.

Body Treatments

At The Spa at Sheraton Sopot we provide a superb range of Body Wraps and Underwater
Massage therapies, some of which combine the Sopot mineral waters with earth clays,
spirulina seaweed or essential oils. Sopot is a spa town with its own healing mineral
waters sourced from depths of 800 m below sea level and our spa is the only modern
spa in Tri-city to incorporate these mineral waters with our treatments.

The Spa at Sheraton Sopot recommends:

• Mineral Salt Body Scrub pre-treatment and Made to Measure Body Wraps
  by Anne Sémonin - 550 PLN
  Mineral Salt body scrub will polish your skin to a soft glow and it will prepare
  it for the mask. Your therapist will assist you in choosing from the following
  Made to Measure Body Wraps: Detoxifying Spirulina, Firming Spirulina
  Booster or Hydrating Pink Kaolin Clay.
• Anti-Stress Back Therapy by Anne Sémonin - 330 PLN
  A self-heating marine mud treatment for the back, neck and shoulders,
  designed to release tension and combat tight muscles, the feet and lower
  legs are also massaged.

Beauty Treatments

The Spa at Sheraton Sopot has an excellent studio for Hairdressing, Shaping and
Tinting, Make-up and Manicure and Pedicure. The Spa Therapy Suite we also offer
a range of other ‘Finishing Touches’ including Waxing and Foot Treatments.

The Spa at Sheraton Sopot recommends:

• Manicure and Pedicure - 240 PLN
  The treatment includes hands scrub, cuticle removal, nail shaping and
  polishing, and painting nails if required. At the very end of the treatment
  moisturizing cream and nutritional oil will be used to leave the skin not
  only neatly groomed but also velvety-smooth.
• Full Tint 1 Color with Cutting and Styling, mid length hair - 160 PLN
  Your stylist will help you to match best color according to skin type.
  Individually selected shade and method of coloring will provide a unique
  effect you were hoping for. Cutting and styling is included in the price
  of the treatment.
• Hair Luxury Treatment Ritual  - 150 PLN
  Professional hairstylist will evaluate your hair and head skin to prepare
  "made to measure" ritual that suits your needs. Based on Kerastas
  treatment will moisture and nourish your hair. Special head massage
  and hair sauna will guarantee relaxation and best results.
